November 21: Top Ten Books I’m Thankful For (Happy Thanksgiving week in the USA!)
There are so many books I’m thankful for, but here are just a few that have left a lasting impression.
What are some of the books you’re thankful for this year? Let me know! And if you celebrate it, have a lovely Thanksgiving!
The Book Thief ❤ I will always encourage people to read that book. I'd say the book I'm thankful for is I'll Mee You There by Heather Demetrios. That book just kept punching me with all the feels and really highlights the severity of PTSD in young, wounded soldiers. I feel like I need to go re-read that book now.
The Book Thief is just everything ❤ Have you seen that they're doing a special edition? Oh, I've not heard of that, I'll have to look it up on Goodreads!
This is such a great list, I agree with so many!
Thank you! 🙂
I have DEFINITELY got to read The Hate U Give because its been in many bloggers’ “Books I’m Thankful For” lists!!! ❤
It’s SO good, I can’t recommend it enough!
Any George Orwell book for me.💕
The Song of Achilles, yesssssssssss. My number one book.
Oooh, is it your #1 favourite? That’s some high praise! I’d struggle to narrow my favourite book down to one – there’s at least five or six haha!
I think It’s my #1 fave, if not… like… definitely tying for #1 with a few other books. I just love the book so much and it has SO MANY good things about it. I don’t think there was anything in the book I didn’t like.
I’m happy to hear it’s one of your favourites, as it’s probably in my top 10 (or 15) favourites too. I also think it deserves much more recognition than it gets for its brilliant prose.
