Happy Pride month all! June is one of my favourite months of the year because it’s summer, it’s sunny, and I always feel hopeful and happy seeing people celebrating LGBTQIAP+ culture and queer folks.
One of my favourite things to do during Pride month is to read as many queer books as possible. This year is no different, so here’s my very gay TBR for June.
Manga and graphic novels
Literary fiction, romance, and fantasy
This is a hopeful/speculative TBR because I’m on holiday this month for the best part of a week, so I won’t be getting much reading done then, and it’s also my birthday, so I may get new books I want to read. 👀
What’s on your TBR for Pride month? Have you read any of these or are you planning to?

Sooooo want to buddy read These Violent Delights or…
Oooh YES PLEASE. I’m not sure if Sai might be organising a group buddy read so I was potentially going to read it for that, but let me know when you were thinking of starting it!
Such a great TBR! I’ve heard the best things about These Violent Delights; hope you love it and I hope to finally read it this month too. Heartstopper is a MUST for a Pride Month TBR, yes. 💗
Aww thanks Fanna! Yeah, I’ve heard a lot of good things about TVD, so I’m looking forward to it! YES, Heartstopper is one of my comfort reads, so it felt perfect to read volumes 1-3 again and volume 4 for the first time during pride month 🙂
Good luck with your TBR! 🥰 I also hope to read Love & Other Disasters as it sounds right up my alley & I keep hearing such good things about it 😊
