Top Ten Tuesday // Books with Numbers in the Title

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

This week’s theme is:

September 14: Books With Numbers In the Title

I don’t know about you but I love a good numerical title (especially when it fits perfectly with the story). There are sooo many books that immediately come to mind for this prompt, but I wanted to pick books that were meaningful to me in some way. So I’ve chosen five books I’ve read that have really stuck with me and five that are on my TBR.

These are all books with numbers in the title that I’ve read and really enjoyed. Evelyn Hugo and Six of Crows are two of my favourite books of all time, and Fahrenheit 451 and Kim Jiyoung, Born 1984 are books that really resonated with me and have stayed with me ever since I read them. OLS is my most recent read of these five (June of this year) and, although not without a couple of issues, it held me spellbound.

And these are books with numbers in the title that I want to read soon!

Have you read any of these? What are the first books that come to your mind with numbers in the title?

  1. The only one of these that I’ve read so far is Six of Crows! Definitely want to read Evelyn Hugo at some point and One Last Stop is the next pick for a book club with my uni friends! Two books that are still on my TBR are The Atlas Six and for some nonfiction The Five! Wow, I didn’t notice that I actually own quite a few of these numerical books haha!
