Christmas Cards I’d send to my favourite characters

I was sitting at my desk the other day writing some Christmas cards (lol it’s my dining table, I don’t have a desk *cries*) and I was suddenly struck by a thought.

What would I write if I were writing a Christmas card to my favourite characters?

And voila this post was born.

Dear Kell,

My sweet, Antari son. Please take a break this Christmas. Let someone else save Red London for a change. I’m sure Lila would be happy to step up, although there would probably be a lot more explosions and things being accidentally set on fire than when you’re saving the day.

OK maybe you and Lila both take a break and let Rhy handle things diplomatically. And please stop letting danger find you this Christmas. Take a load off and have some downtime. You’ve earned it.

Also, you never know, you might find another side to your coat this Christmas.

Dear Ead,

You’ve had an absolutely incredible year.

You saved a Kingdom, fell in love, and brought people together.

And a few other specific things I can’t mention because spoilers.

But you’ve been a feminist icon and I love you. Hope you get lots of oranges in your stocking this year.

Dear Nick and Charlie,

You guys are wonderful and Christmas is a great season to spend even more time together. Go to some Christmas markets, wrap presents, and put up decorations. My heart will melt.
