December 19: Top Ten Books I Hope Santa Brings
Since I posted a similar piece last week about books I’m asking for for Christmas, I thought, for this post, I’d blog about graphic novels I’d like Santa to bring instead.
These choices are a mixture of graphic novels I’ve been meaning to read all year, several volume twos I need to buy, and new graphic novels that have recently been released and I’d like to pick up ASAP.
I want to end this post with a special shout out to Jamie @BrokeandBookish, who announced today that she’ll be stepping down as the host of Top Ten Tuesday from January, and Jana @ThatArtsyReaderGirl who will be taking over the feature. Huge congratulations to Jamie for running such a fun and successful weekly feature for eight years, and good luck for the future with the little one. You’ll be missed! Also good luck to Jana when she takes over, I’m sure she’s going to do a great job.
What are some of the books you’re put on your Christmas list? Are any of the graphic novels, or are they mainly fiction? I’d love to hear from you!
I’m yet to delve into the graphic novel world, but some of these look like really fun reads. I’m told Saga is incredible. Fence looks awesome. I’m always drawn to those sporty based ones haha.
I’ve heard so many awesome things about Saga, but I’ve yet to give it a try…. maybe in 2018 🙂 Great list!
