I missed the Friday 56 last week because I was at YALC, but I’m still reading one of the books I was reading last week so my quote is going to be from there. The book I’ve chosen is (potentially my new all time-favourite, depending on the ending) A Conjuring of Light.
It was not a gentle thing, that embrace. The king held on to Kell as if he were the only stone structure in a violent storm. Held so hard it hurt, but Kell didn’t pull away.
When at last Maxim withdrew, taking Emira with him, Kell went to his brother’s bed. To Rhy. Brought a hand to the prince’s chest just to feel the beat.
This book is making my life at the moment. It’s just TOO. GOOD. I honestly don’t know what I’m going to do when I finish it. Maybe start the whole series again?

I’m listening to the audiobook for To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before and quite frankly I adore it.
Oooh how’s the audiobook version? Is the narrator good? I’ve heard people raving about that series, but I’m not sure whether to pick it up or not.
I’ve been back and forth on it for so long because as we know I’m not good with YA contemporary but I picked it up cause of the movie and honestly it’s SO GOOD. I highly recommend the audiobook because the narrator (Laura Knight Keating) is brilliant!

It is one of my favorites! I saw someone on IG that took a Newt Scamander funko pop and painted one eye, and the egg he is holding, black, to make Kell!! ❤ I am totally doing that!
